Although unemployment is low and people are making more monthly, why do my friends and I feel the economy is bad?

If rates are going to keep dropping, why not wait six months to a year to purchase a new home so they can come down another .5%—1%?

What should I look for when someone is advertising a low rate – how can they release misleading information?

If I start a mortgage loan to purchase or refinance a home, should I lock in now? If I do, what happens if the rate goes down? How can I protect myself?

I’m considering refinancing my home to access some equity to purchase a second home or investment property. What should I consider?

I don’t have a lot of money to put down to purchase a home—5%-10%, and with the new requirements that I now have to pay my agent, how can I still be able to purchase a home?

I have been self-employed for over ten years. I make a good income and file my taxes on time. I take advantage of the tax laws to save myself extra expenses and reduce the taxes I pay. When I do this, I am told it affects my qualifying for a loan. Why?
