One by Andy Harris (R-MD) makes increases in H-2B (non-agricultural) visas mandatory instead of discretionary. The other, by Dan Newhouse (R-WA), expands the H-2A agricultural worker visas to allow non-seasonal industries to access the program; the dairy industry will likely see the greatest impact from this change. / Interview
