Sweet and Spicy Chocolate Drizzled Pork Rinds

Ingredients:
1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pineapple & Ancho Pork Rinds
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups coconut oil

Directions:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
Layout pork rinds on a large baking sheet.
Using a spoon or a whisk, drizzle melted chocolate over the pork rinds and let cool.
