Recipes
Pain is Good Smoked Chicken Wings with Habanero Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
● 2 lbs. chicken wings
● 1 stick butter
● Spicin Foods Habanero Hot Sauce
Dry Rub:
● 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
● ½ Tbsp. black pepper
● 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
● 1 Tbsp. onion powder
● ½ Tbsp. paprika
● 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
● 1 Tbsp. corn starch
● Garnish with celery sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and chives
Instructions:
1. Pat chicken wings completely dry and set on a rack in the fridge uncovered while you prepare the rub and preheat the smoker.
2. Preheat the smoker to 375 degrees F.
3. In a bowl, combine the rub ingredients, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar and cornstarch.
4. Remove the chicken from the fridge and coat with the dry rub.
5. Smoke the chicken wings at 375 degrees F for about 20 mins.
6. Flip them, increase the temp to 400 degrees F for another 10 mins. or until the internal temp is at least 165F.
7. While the chicken is finishing, melt 1 stick of butter and add Spicin’ Foods Habanero Hot Sauce (depending upon how spicy you want them).
8. Place wings in a large bowl and toss in the Spicin’ Foods Habanero Hot Sauce butter. Serve with celery sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing and garnish with chopped chives.
Southern Recipe Small Batch Bite-Sized Pork Rind Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
1 bag Baby Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Scallions, finely diced
Directions:
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 425 °F.
Prepare baby potatoes by drizzling them with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place into the oven on a baking sheet (or place in the air fryer) for 30-40 minutes, or until the mini potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
Once cooled, make a slit on the top of each mini potato with a small knife.
Place a dollop of sour cream, scallions, and pork rinds on top of each mini potato. Enjoy!
