"Mother of 3" CNN ran a heartbreaking story of a "mother of 3" facing eviction and even went so far as to set up a "Go Fund Me" account to raise money for her that would stave off the pending eviction that quickly raised $230,000 for this poor unfortunate single mother of three. Interview Highlights: Dr. Kelly was the chief medical officer of Continental Airlines in 2003 during the SARS pandemic and got a tremendous amount of experience with the SARS putting her in a good position to talk about some of the uncertainty around a COVID-19 and calling out some of the horrific responses to this pandemic. "It's really been something I've never witnessed in my entire career in public health," stated Dr. Kelly. Steve House was originally a biomedical engineer. He has been involved in health care for 35 years. He has worked many different jobs on the provider, and the payer side of care including an opioid task force. Maybe complaint isn't the right word, but correct me if I'm wrong. But I'm so tired of seeing what I consider to be false headlines and things that are in the news on a daily basis. There's an article that just came out in KDVR, Colorado. Doctors sound off on Merck's pill to treat COVID-19. And essentially, this whole article is about how doctors would love to have some sort of an antiviral pill that they can actually give patients. In other words, they want to be able to treat patients for covid. Now, we already know that you can do that already, Dr. Kelly. But basically what this article gets down to as well.
